Through meditation or listening to higher stations in your radio head...or aligning with highest channels, or etc Just being your true selves Helps us all internally and eternally...

You are to master your thoughts to not be tools of total destruction. You are to reconnect to heaven even while you are still alive in your body. You can get out of hell and doom which is out of your eyes and for you to live back in your heart = the love spot. Which is for you to feel and become A big heart is blessed so much cause they feel blessed by being their true self which is nice all the time but balance with nice to the self is what we are getting at.
It's not about hurting yourself or others and its not about the terms "i feel bad for you" We understand the super caring can tend to mistranslated their own feelings in that way that they don't wish for people to go through pain alone but like my box metaphor would you rather be constricted in the box of darkness where you can only see the light if you pop on out of it and then when you align with the highest self you can see from a heightened perspective maybe not knowing all there is to come but the highest self has pleasant surprises for you as well so some are kept hidden some are revealed and has or hasn't happened yet but just know it isn't about focusing on negative things cause that will cripple you back in the box of darkness where its so dark you cant see the many blessings that you already have and can have but its up to you to choose what to do.
SO love yourself you have guides that can help guide you to never be in dangerous situations we are guardians in spirit but what we have inside is massive love that would die for anyone and especially everyone out of our very loving nature found inside honestly jesus = geez us (sounds exactly alike for a YA WAY ALLAH= God sounds like All Ah ) so do us a favor and see through the dark that its not the doom it seems to be at that lower=negative level we highest souls and the aligned ones come to you with equality
And that we have so much love we'd self sacrifice for others to know it BUT ITS NOT ABOUT actually needing to do that get on the cross stuff its about Across off the cross he went to heaven and it can be on earth to be found already so get out of dooms way! if you want help call the arch angels who can be anywhere at once they are huge help. if you sense any darkness in them we want you to clean your eyes by raising yourself so that the life cant reflect your dark beliefs back at you ...let go of what beliefs hurt ....or don't feel as nice..... that will help you so much to know what to do is to be you truly seriously its easy to connect once you know how to reflect love.....for yourself and others its not about dying for people its about living for them.... and that's why souls are eternal. Don't worry souls cant really die.
We can literally feel it's not best to worry like as if hell is real which its only hell on earth if you believe it is so believe or faith your way out fake it so real its beyond fake! so the dying for loving people isn't really the way for us to go or focus its really just how much love we have so real for each other its in us ...i believe it cause i am that way but the point about life is having fun and not being so .....let down.... just love so much that you know how much that is but too know what you don't have to do...you shouldn't hurt for others life's better than that once your eyes are able to see out of the darkness so get into the light and stay there try as much as you can don't give in to feeling bad you can shake it off out of you just let go of all beliefs that don't feel best feel feel best OK that's why life is for us. Forever!
That is how real love should be so real that we don't have to die for love even though that amounts in us but that we don't have to prepare for life's worst we have to look up to see more up stuff... =positively!
