i saw someone in discomfort right? i heard an external voice say if you turn your attention to anyone's discomfort you lose a part of your self (that higher connection to the non physical me) so he said to turn it into good is just the way it works best for us all. (an abraham - hicks teaching don't focus on telling yourself your in a negative reality even when things happen that makes it seem negative dream instead of how positive you wish it to be is best to focus on cause it feels way more of a blessing that way and helps that blessing manifest more into physical blessings but just feel your way sifting through beliefs feel where the gold is its a great feeling not of distress yeah that stuff is gold and best thing to always do is be emotionally blessed to gain more blessings be thankful too)
when you accidentally or purposefully think negative try to counter it with some positive instead so every time negative thoughts happen make sure you think way more positive after the negatives thoughts happen.... is what im training towards...i never thought to just say good versions of negative thoughts till abraham hicks brought it to my attention yesterday that would make us more happier if we do that and the more the merrier i think i do think positive most of the time way more than negative but i think with her tips i will definitely increase positive thoughts and feelings way more
